At Village Home Inspections we realize that the decision to buy a house is often lengthy and complicated. Much of the guesswork lies in not knowing the general condition of a house. However, by arranging a home inspection, much of that guesswork disappears. Quite simply, the more informed a homebuyer becomes the more likely he or she will make a more educated purchasing decision. In this regard, it is easy to see the value of a home inspection.
Village offers quality professional Home Inspections. Servicing the Southeastern PA region since 2002. The detailed home inspection report is produced on-site at the time of the inspection and will be emailed to the Client on the day of the inspection. With the use of a digital camera and computer the home inspector will clearly define the components of the house and summarize issues that should be addressed. The digital report is also great for absentee buyers. The home inspection covers all accessible systems: Roof, Exterior, Grading, Structure, Heat, Air Conditioning, Electric, Plumbing, Insulation, Observable Moisture Penetration, General Condition of Accessible Windows & Doors, and the Overall Condition of the house. Village Home Inspections is locally owned and operated – not a franchise.
Village is also Certified with the Department of Environmental Protection for Radon Testing and licensed with the Department of Agriculture for Wood Destroying Insect Inspections.
